Team members are eligible to participate in medical coverage after completing 90 days of full-time employment. Allowing our team to make choices that work best for them is important to us. Members are able to choose from a PPO (with a bi-weekly payroll deduction) or a high deductible plan (free to the employee) that can be partnered with an HSA should team members choose to do so. All employees are able to also enroll in Appleton Clinics at anytime after they have completed their 90 days of employment (50% of the monthly cost is covered by Leitner-Poma and team members pay the remaining amount through payroll deductions)


The dental coverage is a basic coverage that covers routine cleanings and oral exams and helps pay for other dental care.
