Location: Grand Junction, Colorado

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to)

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers, screens phone calls, schedules meetings
  • Welcomes and direct visitors and customers
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned
  • Maintain and manage staff calendar/schedules calendar
  • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
  • Mailing/Emailing/Scanning of invoices and customer statements and vendor payments
  • Ability to adhere to work schedule making certain the front desk is covered


  • Keep current on clerical and administrative procedures and requirements
  • Contact overdue AR customers


  • English Proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Ability to achieve Notary within 3 months of hire
  • Previous administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat


  • Current Notary
  • Bookkeeping experience


Salary information: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour (depending on candidate experience)
